Actually, I love how he's holding onto Annie rather than Mikasa. Mikasa is just the one holding him up, but he and Annie are the ones that are holding onto each other.

Sounds like their SnK relationship (before, you know, she killed his comrades and betrayed him and all.)

^Yeah well, Mikasa kinda almost cried before because she thought Eren wanted to be away from her and then he showed desire in wanting to be around annie, so , yeah

^The most popular pairing in the SnK Japanese fandom is Ereri so you won't see many comics or fanarts with other Eren pairings XDD

If you go to the SnK fanfiction, you won't find any fics with the said pairing (in english.I don't know about the other languages though) so you need fans to like it more and write some fics or else the (still) untranslated comics will be your only source of this pairing.

And I have to say that I don't think Mikasa's feelings for Eren are sexually romantic. Perhaps romantic in a familial sense, but not in a sexual "I'm interested/In Love With You" way. I mean, she's attached to him and overprotective, but that sounds a lot like siblings. Especially if they lost their parents and they're the only ones they can truly depend on.

I dunno, but from what I've seen of the manga, she seems more like a little sister who's losing her big brother than a woman who's potentially losing the man she loves.

Annie, however is a lot more subtle with her trust than Mikasa, who is so outright devoted it hardly seems romantic.

Also, I would write a few fanfics (in fact, I kind of already started) but there's no way I could post it on FF. I feel like the couple hundred fans I left dangling on my unfinished, on hiatus for a year FT fic would hunt me down with pitchforks and knives...

Annie, I feel, is attracted to Eren in a sexually romantic way, she sees him as a man. Mikasa, however, I feel is only attracted to Eren in a familial sense, she sees him as a brother. (And if you have siblings, it's a bit hard to think of your brother as a MAN XD Haha, at least, for me)

Yes, ErenxAnnie was, is and always will be my first favorite couple of AoT. This feels more natural than ErenxMikasa. I think Eren can only see Mikasa as a sister. When Eren has to fight Annie, he couldn't/wouldn't do it. Even when he knows he must, he won't do it. It took Mikasa, his sister and only family member and Armin, his best friend since childhood to go on a suicide mission to get enough resolve to fight Annie. And the fact that Annie taught Eren in hand-to-hand combat also means something. Including when Eren, mostly likely the only one, got her to smile a genuine smile. Haven't anyone notice? Would anyone try and approach Annie if it wasn't for Eren's interaction with her? Reiner and Bert would only because they were accomplices on trying to capture Eren. If it wasn't for that, I doubt they would try to approach her. And at the tunnel, when Annie looked toward Eren. It seems like she was saying sorry silently to Eren before she shifted. And as I typed earlier, Eren couldn't/wouldn't fight Annie. Mikasa asked did he have special feelings for Annie though we never got a straight answer. There are so many moments between Eren and Annie that shows that it could be them in the end.
